Conversion Lens is a free tool from Schbang Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Schbang”). This page says what it keeps about you, why, for how long, and who else handles it. What it keeps is stored in India.

What we keep

The page address you paste, and what that public page shows

Why: To run the audit and build your report.

Kept for: 30 days if you never open the full report; otherwise as long as your email, below.

Your IP address

Why: To stop one person running hundreds of audits.

Kept for: 2 days.

The email you type to open the full report

Why: To send you the report, and for a Schbang strategist to write to you once if we spot a quick win.

Kept for: 365 days, or until you ask us to delete it.

If you ask to talk to a strategist: your name, work email, role, what you want help with, a line you add, and a phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, with the time you agreed to be contacted

Why: For a Schbang strategist to reply to you about this audit.

Kept for: 365 days, or until you ask us to delete it.

How you use the report: sections opened, votes, a question you type, phone or desktop

Why: To improve the tool, so a strategist can answer your question, and, if you opened the strategist form without sending it, to decide whether that one email is worth sending.

Kept for: As long as the report.

We do not sell your email or add it to a newsletter. We never log in to the page you audit: we read it the way a visitor’s browser does.

Who else handles it

• Our database and file storage provider keeps the audit, the screenshots and your email.
• Our email provider sends you the report.
• Our AI model provider reads the text of the audited page. It never receives your email or IP address.
• DataForSEO receives the page address, to see how it ranks in search.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) and PostHog (stored in the EU) use cookies to measure how pages are used, such as page views and clicks, and Clarity records how the page is used with form fields hidden. They get an internal audit ID, never your email, phone or name. You can block these cookies in your browser’s settings.
• Schbang’s CRM and team channel receive your email and the report link, so a strategist can follow up. If you ask to talk to a strategist, the CRM also receives what you typed in that form; the team channel gets your name, role and what you want help with, never your phone number.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. Anyone with your report link can open it, so share it only with people you choose.
